CEAS was founded through a merger of two companies from the construction and plant engineering industries. The combined experience of this duo allowed CEAS to develop significant know-how and to competently operate in both Italy and foreign markets. We started out in the civil engineering field, developing other skills over the years that aided us in reaching the highest production standards in other construction sectors. Our experience, innovative policies and ability to make the right investments are the factors that have made us the highly qualified company we are today. Our work includes a vast range of activities such as the construction of roads, bridges, overpasses, pipelines, irrigation systems, water works, the laying of methane gas pipelines, civil engineering works, repairs, restoration, the reinforcement of terrain and cement infrastructures and any other project that requires specific know-how. With a special focus on the future CEAS sees each new project as a new challenge that will put our skills to the test. Our ongoing desire to improve, the skill of our highly qualified staff and the high standards we strive to uphold allow us to obtain outstanding results, maintaining our company’s reputation high.

We recognize the importance of satisfying the requirements of our clients and anyone else that takes part in our challenges, including employees, suppliers, civil inspectors and shareholders. CEAS has documented and implemented a quality system in accordance with the requisites of the UNI EN ISO 9001:2000 - Quality Management System Requirements standard, described in our internal manual and applied by our company. Quality is a top priority for our company’s directors, who convey this to all of the employees as they control the entire operational process. Our employees are aware of their responsibilities so they can always be sure to work in conformance with the quality system. Our entire staff is continuously committed to improving their professional abilities, consequently ensuring growth in accordance with our company policies.

Ensuring the safety of our employees is a top priority for our company and workplace safety matters are closely overseen by the company management and the safety director. Many of our department directors, workers, administrative staff and engineers are trained on laws related to materials and risks and have attended safety courses. Approximately ten of our employees receive annual training on railway safety.

We have a fleet of customized vehicles and equipment, and many of our mechanical systems have been custom built. These assets allow us to significantly increase our production potential.

Innovations in materials, building techniques and continuous changes in technology require an ongoing training programme. Our technical staff periodically attends specialization courses to help them effectively handle increasingly diverse and complex projects.

We have a large staff of approximately 90 employees, including two certified engineers and various civil engineers. Many of our collaborators have over twenty years of experience in the building sector, thereby ensuring a comprehensive knowledge of the construction field.
